Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Silvershed Motors services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Silvershed Motors.

2. Description of Services

Silvershed Motors provides premium vehicle storage services including:

  • Climate-controlled indoor storage facilities
  • 24/7 security monitoring and surveillance
  • Vehicle maintenance and concierge services
  • Insurance coverage through our partners
  • Vehicle transport coordination

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your vehicles
  • Maintain valid registration and insurance on all stored vehicles
  • Notify us of any changes to vehicle ownership or value
  • Pay all fees and charges in accordance with your selected plan
  • Remove all personal property from vehicles prior to storage (excluding standard equipment)
  • Ensure vehicles are in safe, operable condition upon delivery

4. Vehicle Acceptance

Silvershed Motors reserves the right to refuse storage of any vehicle at our sole discretion. We do not accept vehicles with: hazardous materials, illegal modifications, active mechanical failures that pose safety risks, or vehicles involved in ongoing legal disputes. All vehicles are inspected and documented upon intake.

5. Fees and Payment

Monthly storage fees are charged in advance on the first day of each billing cycle. Payment is due within 5 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers.

Annual payment plans receive a discount equivalent to two months of service. Multi-vehicle discounts are applied automatically based on the number of vehicles stored.

6. Vehicle Retrieval

Vehicle retrievals must be scheduled through the client portal or by contacting your account manager. Complimentary retrievals are included based on your service tier. Additional retrievals and expedited requests are subject to fees outlined in your service agreement. Vehicles are typically prepared within 2 hours of scheduled retrieval time.

7. Insurance and Liability

Silvershed Motors provides insurance coverage through Lloyd's of London as outlined in your service agreement. Coverage limits vary by service tier. This coverage is secondary to your personal auto insurance policy. Detailed coverage terms are provided in your insurance certificate. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by client negligence.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid and vehicles must be retrieved within 14 days. Vehicles not retrieved within this period may be subject to additional storage fees. Silvershed Motors may terminate service immediately for non-payment, violation of these terms, or illegal activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silvershed Motors' total liability for any claim arising from or related to these services shall not exceed the insurance coverage limit specified in your service agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. The arbitration shall take place in the state where your vehicle is stored. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.

11. Modifications

Silvershed Motors reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
